By downloading, installing, or using SmileTrack (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Age Restriction

The Application is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian and use it under their supervision.

3. Service Content

The Application provides dental treatment tracking, visual displays, and related auxiliary tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibility

• You must ensure that the registration information provided is true and accurate.
• You are fully responsible for account security and all activities under the account.
• You must not use the service for any illegal, infringing, or disruptive activities.

5. Medical Advice Disclaimer

The information and progress tracking provided by the Application are for reference only and should not be regarded as professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before undergoing any treatment or making decisions based on Application data, please consult a qualified dentist.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, source code) is copyrighted by the company or the original author. Unauthorized decompilation, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the service.

8. Revision of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. The revised terms are effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
• Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service shall first be negotiated in good faith. If negotiation fails, you agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases: (1) Violation of these Terms of Service; (2) Engagement in illegal or fraudulent behavior; (3) Long-term inactivity (over two years). Upon termination, you will not be able to access any stored data.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or demands (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
